Technology & Automation

Systems That Serve the Stay.

Integrations, dashboards and automation that help a property run more calmly, give guests more attention and give owners clearer answers, built around the systems you choose.

Where we start

Technology is worth having when it gives the team time back for guests and gives the owner a clearer view of the business. Everything else is noise.

Our view

An enabler,
not the point.

A boutique hotel in Santorini can easily end up with a property management system, a channel manager, a booking engine, a spreadsheet for housekeeping, a messaging app for guests and an inbox full of reports, none of which talk to each other. The cost is rarely obvious. It shows up as rates keyed in twice, guest requests that slip between shifts, and an owner who has to wait until the end of the month to understand how the month went.

We treat technology as a means to two ends: better hospitality and better business decisions. That starts with the operation, not the software. We look at how reservations, rates, guest communication and reporting actually move through your property, identify where time and information are being lost, and then propose the integrations and automation that would make the biggest practical difference.

Your systems, properly connected

We do not sell proprietary software, and we do not ask you to replace tools that work. Each property has its own stack and its own contracts. Our role is to propose, configure and implement connections between the systems you have chosen, or to help you choose well if you are starting again, and to make sure the data flowing between them is reliable enough to act on.

Capabilities

What we propose
and implement.

These are capabilities we scope and deliver property by property, working with each property's chosen systems and the integration options those vendors provide. Nothing here is a packaged product; every implementation is planned around your operation.

A clearer view

The kind of picture
an owner should have.

A well-built dashboard replaces a pile of exports with a few views that answer the questions owners and managers ask every week. The panels below show the type of view we design. Which ones a property needs, and which systems feed them, depends on its set-up.

Principles

How we approach
property technology.

Technology projects in hospitality fail more often from poor fit than from poor software. These principles keep the work grounded.

  • Operation first

We map how the property actually works before recommending anything. A workflow that suits a twelve-key cave hotel in Oia may be wrong for a resort in Kamari.

  • Work with what you have

Where your current systems are sound, we connect and configure them rather than replacing them. Change is proposed only when it pays for itself in time, accuracy or revenue.

  • Honest about integrations

What can be connected depends on each vendor's interfaces and terms. We confirm what is possible with your specific systems before committing to a scope, and we say clearly when something cannot be done.

  • People stay in charge

Automation and AI support the team; they do not replace judgement or warmth. Staff review what matters, and guests can always reach a person.

  • Data you own and understand

Guest and commercial data remain the property's. Every dashboard and automation is documented, so you know where each figure comes from.

  • Privacy by design

We build tracking, CRM and automation with GDPR, guest consent and sensible access controls in mind from the start, not as an afterthought.

Technology partner

Built with
PAVLA.

Technology and automation work at NERION is delivered in partnership with PAVLA, an established digital agency and technology company. NERION understands the hospitality operation, sets the brief and remains your point of contact. PAVLA’s engineers and analysts design and build the integrations, dashboards and automation.

Through our collaboration with PAVLA, we connect hospitality expertise with advanced digital strategy, performance marketing, technology, and analytics. For an owner, that means technical work that is grounded in how a hotel really runs, and a hospitality partner with genuine technical depth behind it.

  • NERION defines operational and commercial requirements
  • PAVLA delivers integration, data and automation work
  • Shared documentation and handover for your team
  • One relationship, one plan, one point of contact

Owner questions

Technology,
answered.

Do we have to change our PMS or channel manager?

Not by default. We start by reviewing the systems you already use. If they are capable and well supported, we work with them. If something is holding the property back, we explain why, outline the options and leave the decision with you.

Do you have your own software?

No. We do not sell proprietary products. We propose and implement solutions using the systems each property has chosen, together with established tools for analytics, automation and reporting where they are needed.

Can you connect any two systems?

Not always. What can be integrated depends on each vendor's interfaces, permissions and commercial terms. We check this for your specific systems before agreeing a scope, and we are clear about any limits or workarounds.

How do you use AI?

Selectively, and always with a person accountable for the result. Typical uses include drafting guest replies for staff to review, summarising reviews by theme or preparing first drafts of internal reports. We do not use AI to replace human contact with guests.

What will the owner reporting look like?

It is agreed with you at the start. Usually it covers occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, direct share, key costs and guest sentiment against budget and the previous year, with plain-language commentary on what has changed and what we recommend.

Who maintains the integrations after launch?

Support arrangements are agreed as part of each engagement. Everything we implement is documented, so your team, PAVLA or another provider can understand how it works, and we review integrations regularly as vendors update their systems.
